As Social Media & Content Manager for Cabinet Showroom, an ecommerce startup specializing in RTA kitchen cabinets, I built the brand's Instagram and Facebook presence from the ground up, developing content strategy, creative direction, and platform management end-to-end.

The approach centers on organic credibility first: educational, value-driven content designed to earn trust and engagement before layering in paid strategy to drive conversion. Working alongside company leadership and an outside marketing agency, the goal has been to turn a new account into a genuine, discoverable brand presence.

The Strategy

The approach started with audience trust, not conversion. Educational content, cabinet care tips, RTA vs. pre-assembled breakdowns, styling and pairing guides, became the core of the feed, designed to answer real customer questions before ever asking for a sale. Sale banners and promotional content were layered in only once that foundation existed, positioned as a natural extension of the account rather than the whole point of it. Every piece was built and scheduled through Meta Business Suite, with paid strategy introduced later to extend the reach of content that had already proven itself organically.
